Will my speakers sound good?

I bought polk db 6501's and a boston acoustic GTA-802 amp but haven't installed them yet. I was wondering if this will be enough to power them and make the speakers come alive in terms of quality of sound. I read the reviews and many people say these speakers are very power hungry...

You have heard them in person and I have recommended that they will do just fine. The db's are not the hungry ones as some people even run them with 9-22 watts using a basica head unit. Giving them anything over 30 watts they will be happy to take. Now if you were trying to power a set of Focal Polyglass I would say you need to step it up because they are power hungry.
