ECU - Satellite Radio Help

I reset my ECU today by disconnecting the negative battery terminal. Reconnected it and found my satellite radio is completely gone. Car is 3 weeks old so I know my subscription didn't expire. I can push the SAT button and XM appears but I have no stations and no sound at all. FM, AM, AUX and the CD work so I assume this is because of the battery disconnect.

Does anyone know if it needs to be reactivated and if so, how? Searched Google but didn't find an answer.

Sometimes when they are rest it takes up to an hour "on Sat" to recover and re update. Sometimes you have to actually call them to re sed the activation code as well.

if it was deactivated he would at least have channel 184 on sirius, or if its xm, I think its channel 1.

Just checked and the XM and my iPod are working again - Who knows. Thanks for the advice.

Happened more than once with my Z... not from the battery but I'd start the car in the garage and it would act like my sub was expired... first time I spent 30 min on the phone with India until I just hung up when the guy asked if I was "sure I wasn't still in the garage".

When I restarted the car it came back... now I know.
