Any Ipod interfaces that will work with the Bose system without Nav?

I'm also interested. I'd like to know if one is out for the non-bose stereo system (non-touring model).

Has anyone known if oneone has a Ipod connector for a non-navigation Bose System?

i think the main thing to help would be if Someone had a photo of the Backside of the Head unit, if nothing else to see if theres any kind of connection possible

I have been scouring the net for such a photo or other information to no Avail, and lack the knowledge to remove the HU without messing stuff up.

I would also like to know if you can use the ipod interface with the non-navi bose system? I hate using the aux input.

I believe someone posted a backside photo of the base stereo here in the Audio/Video forum. Maybe about 4-6 wks ago. It was a post, from what I remember, of someone who pulled their stock radio and was replacing it with something much more involved. I'll try looking for it a little later, but I remember that there werent any other connections/pins there.

Without knowing about this tread, I started another thread discussing the same topic amongst other one. We haven't found a solution yet for the Ipod connection to a Bose system w/o Nav, but I have posted some pictures of the back of the radio for general information.
