Alarm install question - comfort closure

I had a Clifford 50.7X installed and the installer used the CAN BUS to activate the door locks. I want to use the Comfort Close feature of the alarm to roll-up the windows when the alarm arms. The instructions I have read says that you have to wire to the window switch in the door but what is the difference between the below? Can I just insert a pin in the recommened location and achieve the same? I do not want the installer to do the door wiring, I prefer doing this myself, so before I do it I wanted to ask. I will try both this weekend but wanted to see if anyone has tried. Thanks!

-Power Lock use factory alarm arm or insert pin - BCM, green 40 pin plug, pin 37
-Power Unlock use factory alarm disarm or insert pin - BCM, green 40 pin plug, pin 15
-Factory Alarm Arm gray - power window main switch, white 16 pin plug, pin 6
-Factory Alarm Disarm purple or white (double pulse) - power window main switch, white 16 pin plug, pin 7

turns out you have to wire thru the drivers door, what a PITA!

That wire does not make it into the cabin somewhere?

You dont have to wire it through the door. The BCM has the pinhole but no wire. Basically, you take wire and solder a pin to it. Then you insert the wire into the BCM harness. Test to make sure it locks and unlocks the car and secure the wires.

I tried but probably didn't do it correctly.
