CAP or Extra Battery
 

Installing starting Monday, Need to know if i should put another battery in the Z, or run a Cap to power the audio system....

The System
Headunit: Kenwood DNX9980HD
AMP: JL HD900/5
Sub: JL 13.5 Thin Sub
Front: JL C3 650
Rear: JL C3 650

I would do if anything a extra battery and the "big 3" caps are a huge argument but usually worthless and if you need one you have bigger problems than just for a cap to fix.

However I think with most running the equivalent amp the alpine pdx 5 with no problems I do not think you will need anything.

Big 3 as mentioned, a good battery, like Oddessy or Kinetic, and a cap and you should have no problems.
Caps have there place, but you have to understand what they do and the real need for it.

Oh and i wouldn't bother with the rears.:stirthepot:

I had one in my old 07 maxima running a JL 1000/1 and JL 450/4. Got rid of 99 percent of the dimming issues I had.

Neither. Do the big 3 and you wont have any problems at all, if anything change the factory out.
