Dynomat?
Planning on doing an audio upgrade this weekend and wanted some opinions on whether its worth it to get dynomat in the doors. I have an 09 nismo and I'm installing the 6.5" Focal 165VBs and a JL XD 200/2 amp. I might add a sub later on down the road but I can't say for certain. I wanted to see if you guys think its worth dynomatting my doors before installing my new speakers.
Thanks in advance! |

It is highly recommended to use any tpe of Sound deadening in th edoors, as well as other areas. You are potentialy increasing the clarity of sound in your cabin by sound deadening your doors.

Yes, with some nice speakers like that do the doors. It helps in two way in the doors. 1-help reduse road noise, 2-creates a more solid enclosure for the mid to work better and hit harder.

I did mine. I can't say I noticed a major difference, but I do think there was a slight change. Plus I really didn't go all out on the door like I've seen other do.
I definitely saw a MAJOR difference by doing the trunk area. |

I'mgoing to be doing the rear hatch area, is there something better than Dynamat to reduce the outside noise and help improve the over all audio of the Touring sound system? I will be adding a better sub and amp but thats the only upgrade I will be doing. Thanks in advance!
