Simple bluetooth music w/base stereo ? Aux jack?

I don't have the Bose stereo. I also don't have an aftermarket head.

I want to listen to music from my phone and was hoping I didn't have to connect a male-to-male wire from my phone to Aux every time.. has anyone done this with simple adapters or something? My phone has bluetooth. (Samsung Captivate, android OS)

I'd rather not have to touch wires behind the dash for now.

Griffin Technology: BlueTrip Aux - Bluetooth car solution for smartphones

There should be others but that's the first one I found.

Hi EazyD

I bought this one and I have no complaints:

Amazon.com: BlackBerry Bluetooth Stereo Gateway: Electronics

The cool thing is that it will turn on automatically with the DC adapter that's underneath your glove box, and it's real easy to hide it there as well. You'll just set it up once and will never have to deal with it again.

Amazon customers gave it a great rating. Thanks. I ended up going with a head unit with navigation and a backup camera. Turns out the model I got doesn't do Bluetooth (A2DP) :( :( Silly me.

+1 to you, this is how people should go if they want to keep the factory radio but want bluetooth.

for $79 on that BT though, you're already halfway to a decent single-din HU... so good choice going with a HU. :)
