Converting Non-Bluetooth Audio to Bluetooth Audio?? Can it work?

Hey all. This is my first post in the forums so any information on this topic would be useful. Got my 40th about 4 months ago, and love it. But I wish I could someone use BT audio with the current Bose system in the car. I have tons of music on my PC and plan to get a new MP3 player for Christmas. Something along the lines of Cowon J3 or S9. Both have BT capabilities and I would like to utilize that with the current system in the car. I found this on Sony's website and was wondering if anyone has any clue if this is the solution to my problem??

If it might work, will the steering controls still work with the bluetooth to change songs etc from the mp3 player? Also would this be a reasonably easy install for a novice, or a more complicated one to hook up this sony device to the factory stereo? Thanks, any information on the topic would be helpful.

There are a few Bluetooth receivers on the market (you don't need a transmitter if one is built into your mp3 player). As far as I know all the receivers plug into your aux audio input. As such, the steering wheel controls still work for volume control but nothing else. You can't change songs or whatever on the mp3 player.
