Looking for Quality Houston Tx Audio Shop

This is probably a loaded question, but I'll try it just the same...:stirthepot:

I recently bought a '10 NISMO, I pretty much knew walking into it that I would be replacing at a minimum the head unit and probably the speakers.

Can anyone recommend a quality shop, reasonable prices (I don't mean cheap but I don't want Galleria pricing either), that does a Nice install. I'm looking for good clean sound, some decent volume but not into Thumping.

Thanks in advance!!! :tiphat:

Thanks BigAudioFanat however I would prefer a local business open on the weekends. I'm not a kid playing with Daddy's credit card. I'm looking for folks with knowledge, skill and quality.

You need to rethink your comments about big. His quality is probably ten times better than any shop and " folks with knowledge" your kidding right? Big has plenty of knowledge and has take more z's aart than probably any of your "quality shops" probably better priced to. So chill out or :gtfo2:

ok... so I will accept you have a valid point. Did not intend to offend anyone. But still, I work for a living, taking my car out of town for a sound system is not an option.

I don't want a thumper, I don't want something so fine that folks are trying to steal my car. I would simply like a decent sound system but most importantly, I want it installed professionally. I'd rather not deal with a place where the sales people are all about the commission (Tweeter, now defunct I believe) and screw what I need. I experienced their B.S. when I built out a home 7.1 system a few years back. Wound up buying the entire system from a private shop. For my Z, it needs to look like it belongs in the car and sounds as good as the stock system in my 300Z or my Chevy 2500 Diesel.

That is what I'm really after.

On second thought, I'll simply :gtfo2: I've met one person on this board that impressed me, after that, not so much. Thanks for playing.

Give the guy a break. Not everyone wants someone coming from states away to install some stuff, there are people who want someone local for warranty issues.

I never really got to see the Mothra sub, but it apparently had one underneath its rear carpet area hidden away.
