Zenclosure speaker spacer
 

I just got my spacers from Zenclosures. I'm noticing that the screws that came with the spacers are too long and too skinny. However, as shown in the pics, the screws came with a washer, a crush washer, and a nut. How the heck does this work? I'm truly confused. I cannot use the nut to lock the screw down because the screw hole is blocked from the inside. Anyone had this same experience? Do i just have to go buy new screws? Thanks in advance.

Just buy some screws that thread into the factory holes, no rocket science here. Then screw your new speakers into the spacers with some wood screws. I would predrill the holes first.

ok, just confirming that the screws will not work. I wonder why they ship them out like that...

Can anyone recommend some sizes that fit? Thanks in advance.
