Scosche headunit adapter harness question

The harness has a blue wire that's labeled powered antenna. Is this required for the 2010 370 base?

Yes you need the antenna adapter as well that blue wire on the antenna adapter which is blue goes to the blue wire of the scosche harness. This tells the factory antenna booster to power on to receive fm radio.

i'd also like to add that if your radio has poor reception, you need to wire up that blue wire to a switched 12v. the remote-on wire is pretty handy.

on my HU i had to wire up that blue wire to a 12v (remote wire).
works great.

I have the blue wire from the schosch harness hooked up to the blue antenna wire coming from the pioneer side of the harness. I have the blue wire from the antenna adapter hooked up to nothing. I seem to be getting FM reception. Is this fine?

No, disconnect the wire coming from the pioneer and attach it to the blue wire of the antenna adapter.

What about the blue wire coming from the scosche harness?

Ignore it or tape it off you can even cut it off. No need for it.
