You English isn't that great, but if I'm understanding you correctly you'll have to get the Bose amp to at least power the Bose radio...no other way around it since there isn't an amp built into the headunit.

Why do you want to put a new radio in? Especially the bose radio. Not even worth it. You would have to run new wiring run the bose amps than the wiring from there to the speakers and they would have to be the bose speakers.

If you are trying to ask if you can put a new aftermarket radio in the answer is yes. If you do not have the bose system in your car this is easy as buying the dash kit the wiring harnesses and antenna adapter. Now if you do have the bose system you will still need the antenna adapter and the wiring harness but will also need to run new speaker wire from the head unit to your new speakers "can not use the bose speakers as their ohms is to low" Either run the new speakers off the head unit or do what a lot of people do and install a aftermarket amp and run them off of that "much better sound quality"

This subject has been talked about before maybe not the cd changer model but should be close to the same on other threads. One way to tell if you have the bose model is to look where your spare tire is to see if you have a sub there if you do you have bose also would be somewhere on the dash as well.
