OEM backup camera replacement

So my backup camera is no longer working; screen flickers black/blue when in reverse. My question is can the OEM backup camera be replaced easily? Looking online I found 2 different versions that appear to both be for Nissan 370Z that have a plug-n-play style clip. Does anyone know which one is the right one for 2014 Nissan 370Z with Nav Touring package?
