Amp wiring & subwoofer questions

Blew the 80a fuse on the power wire O'Reilley's only had 60a fuses so it'll have to do for now. After doing some extra research I'm worried that I didn't get a good enough amp wiring kit. It's knukonceptz 4g wire but it's 90% aluminum 10% copper, 80a inline fuse and my amp has 3 40amp fuses on the back of it.

The way I had it setup was the 2 soundqubed subwoofers rated at 600watts rms each I believe they should be getting 1200watts RMS at 1ohm from Polk audio d1000.1

So I think I should have gotten the knukonceptz 4g kolossus wiring kit and I don't want to go back through with rewiring T-T

Also there's definitely something wrong with the subwoofer that was rattling/buzzing. When I press down on both cones the one making the noise has a little bit of resistance.
Did this happen because subwoofers were new and wired and screwed into the enclosure and left unused for 2 year?
Do I rewire it with kolossus 100% copper wire w/ 120amp anl fuse? Or should I use anl fuse holder with 100amp or 120amp fuse on my current power wire?

What the wire is made of is not important. All the electrons care about is the resistance of the wire - the lower, the better.
