backup cam/amazon
 

So I bought 1 off amazon from CHINA about 5 yrs ago. It was like $30. It was working intermittently a few weeks back but now it has quit. I wiggled the gear box and got nothing. I did change a fuse that blew on the license plate bulb. I tried changing to different input but don't remember the original spot. The radio is a pioneer AVH2700BS. ANY HELP!! tried youtube video but no help.:driving:

lol you should consider yourself lucky that you got 5 years out of the thing. Just get a new one and toss that one in the garbage.

It's possible some wiring came loose somewhere, so you might consider tracing the harness and making sure everything is good to go. Aside from that, it's probably just time for a new backup camera.

As above, I bought 3 of the $15 license plate light cameras as I never expected them to last long for the price (they do last surprisingly long though). Buy a new one and keep it moving.
