Which wires/harness are for the OEM reverse camera wiring in the centre console?

I just performed the NAV with Bose to after market headunit with working rear defrost (props to the amazing write up on the forum) conversion.

I am trying to wire my OEM reverse camera to my aftermarket headunit. Which harness and pin corresponds to the camera power and image signal?

I have the following cables I need to wire:
1x Yellow composite wire positive
1x Yellow composite wire negative
1x Camera power positive
1x Camera power negative

I found the following wiring and harness diagrams from the full service manual for 2011 models.

https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...96e5796a.plisthttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...5a830044.plisthttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...be9a8f67.plist

I also read that the power that goes to the camera needs to be stepped down to 6V (12V —> 6V).

Hopefully someone can help me out.

Thanks!!

So I bit the bullet and just wired the pins described above into my headunit. Happy to announce that I was able to get the OEM reversing camera working on my aftermarket headunit.

Do you already have a factory camera installed? If you don't, then I believe there won't be any wires to tap into.

Yes I have the factory camera installed

Per the first post, pin 8, wire color L (no idea what color that is) it says Camera Signal. That will be your video. Verify that with the 2013 FSM schematic, there is a link in SouthArk370Z's signature. :tiphat:

Somewhere in the FSM there is a color code chart. IIRC, L is for Lavender (but wouldn't swear to it).

L is Blue. Took a while to find in the FSM.
