Installed the AX1000 yesterday. So far I love it and I have no complaints. Apple CarPlay is amazing, and the highs sound loud and crisp. Got the steering wheel adapter to auto-program and the unit fit perfectly on the OEM Nissan mounting brackets. I DID NOT like the cheap Scosche dash kit and just ended up using the stock piece even though there is a tiny gap around the stereo.

I would certainly recommend this stereo to anyone. For less than $300 you can't really go wrong. Plus, it blends in really well with the interior of the Z... very nice finish and classy look :)

Yes. As long as you get the Axxess steering wheel control module.
