Whats behind the door speakers??
 

I was getting some work done on my sound system and the installer suggested getting some sound treatment done to my doors as they were shaking a bit.I already had dynamated the inside part of the door and he suggested I tried the Focal Blackhole foam pads on the outside panel.All access to the outside part of the door has been blocked off by the dynamat,so the only way I see possible to attach them would be to remove the speaker.My question is will I be able to reach my arm through the speaker hole and attach 3-4 of the little(4"x3") foam pads to the outside door skin?I have attached a pic of the door and the foam brick insulator for those who curious,thanks for any insight,don't want to pull the door apart if there is no access.
