Hum.. very odd. That sounds like a ground thing but the noise usually increase with increased rpm not lower... Humm. . Is it still only on that one left front or all speakers? That I'm handling this to Ron. I never had one that went down with some rpm increase. I don't want to lead you all over when there is someone else better suited.

Its a ground loop. You don't need an isolator to cancel the noise....it wont work. You have a speaker lead touching ground somewhere. You must follow your wire from amp to speaker..... FIND IT...

go over every inch of the speaker wire leading to that one speaker... Most likely culprits.... Through door Molex area, or behind driver in door.
