Pioneer stereo AVHX2700
 

Recently had my Pioneer AVHX2700 Bulls*** receiver go out after 8 months. AVOID THIS MODEL after reading the amazon comments. Everyone had the same issue shutting on & off and then dies completely. Pioneer policy is we will fix it and send the piece of junk back too you. That was $240 well spent. NO THANKS :ugh2:

my pioneers have been working reliably. wonder wat happened on the AVH2700 though.. :confused:

Which Pioneer did you get? I loved all the functions for 8 months and then Pow it dies. trying to get Pioneer to fix it and sale the stupid item.

the 2700BS? Honestly the first time the first time I've heard about one acting up like that

go on amazon and check the comments. I counted about 10 cutting on and off then dying in about 40 reads.

mine are previous gens. AVH2500BT and two AVH4500BT's. i also had the AVH4100DVD and the AVH3000 (?) something DVD one. none had issues.

so im pretty surprised to hear the large failure rate on the new series.
