Polishing my Ark Grip II?

I have the exhaust off the car at the moment and would like to polish it. However, I'm uncertain how to clean the exhaust tips since they are the burnt style. I dont want to ruin them.

Any suggestions?

I use bar keepers friend on mine, it works pretty well.
