You have to become a premium member to get them from AK.

I've reached out to AK and he is working to catchup on the backlog of items he needs to address like getting decals out to waiting members.

I can only offer my apologies for the delay and ask some more patience.

I want to take this time and sincerely apologize for my delay. I usually process decals every 4 weeks but it's been just one thing after another this year. This summer my workload was very heavy and as I kept falling back behind processing the decals, I simply couldn't catch up. I hope you guys will forgive me as not only I have failed to deliver, it's very embarrassing for me :( :sad: .
