I just sold my 40th Anni Z. It was the best car I ever owned. Loved it, but with a baby on the way, I needed something a bit more practical.

50th anniversary in 3 years...

Did you sell it to a Nissan dealership? I'm wondering if its the one I am thinking of buying...

I sold it a Carmax in south Florida. That said, I've checked the Carmax site several times since, to see if they put it for sale, and they haven't. They may have sold it off to a dealership for a quick profit.

The last 6 digits of my VIN were 502438.

Just curious if you dont mind, how much did they buy it off of you for?

17,000, which was less than I expected, but I didn't have the luxury of time to be able to sell privately. I'm pretty sure I could have gotten around 20k easily, had I sold it privately. It was in excellent shape and had only ~44k miles.
