update: i asked her and she said she doesn't have sources personally but she'll ask some of our vendors to see if they know of any

My supplier up in Connecticut has a laser machine. When I visited them back in September, I mentioned how we wanted plaques for our 40ths since the guy who runs the machine had a sweet Harley etching sitting next to the machine.

If you guys can show me the finalized version you all want, I can see if I can get a quote.

Well I made up a version that I would like to have posted above so if anyone else would want to get one made all I would need is there VIN# and build number/dates...not to sure if anyone wanted to modify it a little to there taste or had any suggestions on the layout, but im more than willing to make this happen for everyone:tup:

the way I figure it I can generate the files needed and send them to each individual and they can either take it from there, or we can have your guy do the etching...

As far as the actual piece I was thing just a simple blackish/gunmeatal color plaque with the letters etched reveling the raw metal below the paint finish
(and maybe a sticker =) for the inside near the door like xdesx)

I just need to find someone to produce them really, thats all... and im not sure how much they would quote the cost, but thats what were trying to find out right now. As far as setting up each persons file I can do it as a gift to all you guys (not looking to make money here, just supporting Z'z) the way I see it at most I would only need to do it a thousand times right :icon17:, So whatever the price it cost to have them etched and shipped out to each person, is the price you pay:tup:

hi, i ve recently bought a nissan 370z 40th anniversary black edition. But as i can understand in france or europe there is no plaque where the production number is writing.
Can some one know if we can asck nissan to product the plaque for France or european 370z 40th car?
For sure it will be very nice to have the plaque on my car, that s why i choose the limited edition.

no unfortunately you most likely will not get one out of Nissan, I think the only numbered the plaques for the UK 40th's............:facepalm:

Has anyone figured out how us Canadians can find out production number/build date?

i ve phone to Nissan France and i give my car serial number. in nearly 5 or 10 days they will answer me if they can product my plaque number build.

Anyone start getting these made yet? I'm not sure about doing it yet, but I have a Laser Etcher at work. If I can get the guy who runs it to hook it up, I can get them done. Cut and etched, not painted. I'll ask him tomorrow.
