kelly blue book says my 2010 nismo with 65k miles in very good condition is worth $29,900.

KBB and NADA are fine to use a guide but the market demand is really what is driving the price of the cars. I've been looking around for one and sadly for you as owners and good for me as a possible buyer the NISMO 370Z just isn't holding it's value. Plenty out there with decent miles for good prices:
