CLEAN 2010 Magnetic Black Sport 6MT 14k miles w/ nice mods

Well, the time has come to sell my baby. If any of you have followed my journal, you know how much I love this car. But priorities have changed, and after going back and forth for quite some time, I've decided to part ways. She sits 95% of the time in the garage.. maybe only driven 5-6 times a month to car meets or on a nice day to work. It's the epitome of a garage queen.
On to the good stuff. The car literally just rolled over 14k miles two weeks ago. All scheduled maintenance and work has been performed by Nissan or a reputable performance shop. Nissan Ester oil changes, always garaged, detailed and babied.
Here's what's on the car as it stands today. I'll try to sell w/ mods before parting. Please refrain from asking about a part out until then. :tiphat:

The car books out at $28,296 excellent condition w/ 14k miles. I'm asking $29k - that includes all the mods on the car, except wheels and tires. If I can't sell w/ the mods, I'll part and ask $27500. The car will come with the stock Rays (excellent condition). They're wrapped in almost new RE11's :yum:
