Alright guys and gals. One last drop and I'm done til spring when I will go back to the original asking price. Things will be much better in the spring for selling..... I hope. So the new price is now $22K. Please don't ask for less because I will say NO. Not even $21,999.99. Please have your ducks all lined up in a row before speaking up. I made this mistake once before and I believe it cost me a sale. :shakes head: First one with the money (Deposit) gets it. Thanks for looking.
