Hello. I have for sale my 2009 Nissan 370z. This Z is black with black interior. It is automatic, but also has manual pad shifters on the wheal. This is the sport package - 19inch rims, spoiler..etc. If you would like the specs of the car, please call, or you can check them out here 2010 Nissan 370Z Coupe, NISMO Z | Nissan USA Official Site . I had the windows profesionally tinted to Oregon legal limit 35%. I have also added an Eclipse avn-726e. It has blu-tooth, dvd, ipod hook up and much more here ECLIPSE DVD-Video/USB Multi-Source Receiver/ 7inch Wide Screen Monitor/Navigation/ Built-in Bluetooth wireless technology AVN726E | Fujitsu Ten . I also have a 500 watt amp pushing two 10' fosgate hx2's. The box in the back is custom built for the Z and looks perfect! The car is in perfect condition. I always park it in the garage. It has a little over 14k miles on it. I am asking 30k for it. I will not transfer the payment in anyway (scams) you will have to come up with your own funding. Please email me at ktzdaman@hotmail.com if you are interested. Serious inqueries only. Not interested in any assistance selling or lowball offers. I have pictures too, but don't know how to post them.

14k miles on it for $30k? geez...

ktzdaman 06-21-2010 08:09 PM

and what would you ask?

JDubya 06-22-2010 09:31 AM

30k is pretty reasonable for that car, he could probably get mid-high 20's for it in a trade-in. Of course this depends on the actual physical condition of the car, but based on what he has said it sounds fairly reasonable.

This thing is fully loaded. Has NAV too.

Not taking sides cause I could make an argument for both. Just remember that a dealer usually puts a "trade price" on their cars...Esp used car dealers. Cash prices are usually lower than advertised.

IMO Trying to cover a loan on these is impossible with 100% finance.

You know what you have invested in the vehicle and how much you want to make or take. While you may see listings of other Z's, which are lower in price, it is only fair to compare apples w/apples instead of apples and oranges.

A true comparison would be to find a Z comprable/identical with the same options, color, miles and in the same condition, (located near your home) to determine if your request is too high, too low or just right.

If you list it at the price you have provided and you do not get any serious offers, you can always lower the asking price.

Either way, good luck!

Good points above, especially location. A 370z in Cali is probably worth less than one in PA due to supply. I've seen similar cars to his easily fetch that price around here. A friend of mine had to trade his '09 base w/sport in and got 27k for it. That example was apples to oranges again though :P But location matters!

Dude what a rip off! I totally saw a Fully loaded Twin Turbo 370Z with a set of volks for 17 Thousand. It is located on the north pole and is guarded by a ice fire dragon and 50 Polar bears. But what a good deal right!

Yes you can get a similar car for cheaper with less miles etc but its gotta be accessible. Yes the OP may be selling his car for more than someone else, but there are other factors at play.

It's possible to cover a loan on them with 100% finance, it just depends on the loan term/rate, if you financed tax/tags/warranty and the price you paid for the car. I mean if you can walk out with only the car financed at around 31.5k(for a base + sports, assuming you only finance the car, not tax/tags/warranty) and held it for a year, even with a 72 month loan you'd be down to around 26.5k assuming you got a decent rate(I assumed 4.2%). You could get really close to covering that on a trade-in. You might end up 1.5k-2k underwater on it, but I'd hope one could cover that out of pocket. You'd definitely have to battle to do it though, so I definitely see your point.

It's kind of amazing how well the Z seems to be holding it's value though, if you can say you can almost break even trading in a car after a year with 60/72 month loan on it and nothing down, that's pretty impressive. Most cars would have a good 5k in negative equity on that long of a loan term that early.

Anyways uh, got off on a tangent, bump this thread to sell this guy's car! & lol @ jeff above, good post :)
