I'm the 2nd owner, and I bought the car when it only had 3,306 miles from GO Nissan in Colorado and I had it shipped to Houston where it's been ever since. It's garage kept, under cover. Never driven in the rain since i've owned it. Seats have always been covered with "Seat Shields" covers when in use - that's why the seats are still like new. The recall for the steering lock has been done. I've been using Mobil 1 0w40 Advance Full Synthetic which really makes the VVEL noticeably quieter at idle.

I apologize for the 40th "porn" below;), but as you can see, the car is in excellent condition and if you are looking for a 40th Anniversary, you won't be disappointed.
  • Price: $23,900 (firm)

I have the Nissan Pre-Owned Security+Plus Preferred which is pretty comprehensive and is transferrable to a new owner - covers 1,345 components under the following categories - Engine, Drive Axle, Transmission, Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Electrical, Air Conditioner/Heater, Body & Interior and Audio/Video.

Attached are scans of the documents with the terms of the plan:

This would look so nice in my garage, so much want!

Could you confirm this car was not affected by the Houston floods these recent years?

Yes, I can confirm this car was not affected by any floods - which the attached CARFAX also confirms:

The Z is the most amazing bargain sports car on earth. For this price no other sports car around the same price is anywhere near the package deal of looks, performance and reliability of a Z.... Great deal, lucky buyer!!!!

Pretty much,

would you rather spend 50k on a civic type R or this, don't answer that because this car is 10x more fun to drive and will outshine the CTR in all categories.

Now what is the button in between the seat heat buttons?

I agreee, I keep asking myself if I should just keep it, because, depending on how badly they screw up the next Z - if they ever come out with another Z, our current Z's could become highly sought after.

That is the switch for the rear fog light. Canadian and European Z's have functioning rear fog lights and the fog light switch is incorporated in the turn signal stalk. US models have a dummy fog light - when you replace it with a functioning fog light, you have to wire in a switch and one way to do it, there are several, is to use this kit: Illuminated Switch (more info).
