Some people on this forum amaze me. I have a guy threatening to sue because I "agreed" to sell the car to him. On what terms?? Hopes and dreams?? A guy drove 5 hours to bring cash deposit and check out car. Money talks and I'm sure most on here would agree. Kinda hard to see who is serious over text. It's easy to commit to buying a 27k car over text.

Unless somebody put a deposit down, first one to put cash in hand sounds like the new owner to me.

Thanks bro. Just think it's a little ridiculous to assume that I'm "holding" the car when all I have are text messages. For all I know it could be some 16 year old kids texting me. Like I said money talks and most people on here agree with me I'm sure of.

pretty sure no one threatened you, I offered to go and put a deposit and you didn't respond after that. Also "No one else has contacted me today. So if they don't have their finances in order today it won't happen till Monday for them anyways." I got the check today being monday and they couldn't overnight it. I mean if your confused about it I can screenshot it.

seeing as I would been driving from dallas also where he came from made no difference. You just didn't respond.

I'm not confused about anything. Wasn't talking about you anyways. After you said you'd drive and put a deposit I said I was available all weekend. So...

Regardless, if you wanted the car. You would have came and handed over cash. Just like the other guy. I already told everyone that was contacting me that there were multiple people interested. When there are over 5 people claiming to want/have funds for the car, I'm not just gonna hold it when someone texts me and says they're on the way from Dallas.

It's a moot point anyways bc the car is about to be sold.

weekend wasnt good for me with all this military crap and wedding. thursday/friday were the only days I could. It was already done on saturday, because sunday I would have. It's fine I just wanted the damn car. lol
