The 25 year rule allows you to classify the vehicle as an historic vehicle. Which allows it to bypass emissions and safety requirments of us vehicles. But the vehicle cannot touch us soil before it is exactly 25 years. Your only allowed to drive it 2500 miles a year which is fine because i dont drive the vehicle much at all. I live about 3 min from the mall. Not the ones directly across from the mall.

And yeah r32-34 skylines are so rare in the us. I hear they have them as taxis in japan though... :rofl2:
