I didn't have the problem for the first week and a half, but now it's happened twice in a row.

I had alot of issues with the rear hatch on my 350z (05) so this is nothing new. Sometimes it wouldn't open and also I had to replace the shock/springs that hold the hatch up after 20k miles.

C'mon Nissan this is not a complex engineering problem. Basic stuff here. Sheesh.
